Absolutely THE worst
Absolutely THE worst. We have been loyal customers for over 9 years. I have paid over $6000 in premiums. Never missed a payment. Always on time. Even after our monthly payments have tripled, I stayed. I have gotten ONE claim back for $46. That is it. When I signed up in 2015, they had a program where your deductible decreased if you didn't have any claims. Mine was down to $100. They have now decided to just get rid of that. NO notice. No email. No letter. No common courtesy. Nothing. There was no compensation. No trade off benefit. Just a "oh well" from them. We stayed and paid the increased premiums because of this benefit and they stripped us of it for no reason and no notice. Absolutely horrible company.
