Embrace's Claim's Process is Quick and Easy Today, July 7, 2025, I submitted about 12 claims, 6 each for our two puppies. These claims covered the six monthly wellness visits for our new puppies. It took me less than 20 minutes. This was fast. The website did not freeze one time. It had a convenient client link to drop my invoices. It did not ask for a lot of unnecessary information. It even remembered the diagnosis selections to save me time by not requiring me to scroll to the bottom to find "wellness." Right now, I am really loving Embrace. I hope they can pay our claims within, say, 3 - 5 days. If so, they have a life-long customer. I wish human medical claims reimbursement process were this easy. This is nice!

It was easier than I thought to file a claim. Your system allows for multiple pages to be uploaded at once.

I absolutely adore Embrace Pet insurance - they have been great through a lot of terrible situations. I highly recommend them. Claims are reviewed/approved quickly. There are no unnecessary denials, no need to fight for coverage. They were absolutely amazing when one of our pets passed, approved and reimbursed the claims very promptly and then after noticing euthanasia on the receipt, automatically took all the necessary steps to cancel her coverage, so we didn't pay anything unnecessarily. They also sent the sweetest emails and card after her passing. I would never use another insurance!

Embrace has helped us so much with our pup who has bad allergies. It has really saved us so much and it’s so easy to use and submit a claim.
