Claim submitted today. I do not have an "advanced" phone, so easier submitting by scanning documents and going to web site to electronic submit claim and upload pdf documents, much clearer document for us. Claim review pending. One "issue". The claim procedure via web site (using MS "Edge" browser) has a section to upload the "invoice" which I did. No section to upload support documents like Vet MD office notes, you'll often need in your claim review. My Fix - went back to invoice upload page, and added new pdf to upload 2 pages, Vet MD notes. They all got sent out, so appears no problem. But please clarify it this is WHERE to upload it, and make a separate section to upload support documents, if needed by your Claim's Dept. Reason, so I can save you time, during your Claim review. Otherwise, WELL DONE.

Embrace worked on my claim quickly and finished it within a few days. I sent my claim in on Friday, 1/10/25 and it was completed on 1/14/25. The money was deposited into my account two days later on 1/16/25 after the completion. I am very satisfied with the process.

The loss of my dog was difficult. Embrace let me know they care and expressed condolences. They also communicated with me frequently on the status of the claim and any issues they were having with veterinarians. A phone call to customer service resulted in quick settlement of any issues. Very happy with the service, professionalism and caring from Embrace!

Embrace processed my claims very quickly and it was an easy process. I just wish I knew the timing requirement as I went to put them all in at the end of the year when the deductible had been met and missed out on 10 months of vet bills- around $1200. My advice- submit them the day of the appointment. They will accumulate them for you and start reimbursing once the deductible has been met.

I have not even started writing the review and I already received an email stating they received my two claims! Something that I really enjoy is the ease of submitting a claim. The only thing I don't care for completing is stating the purpose of the claim even that is a drop down menu. It only have certain medical terms versus all the terms so when you copy and paste whatever the doctor's office wrote it shows something closely related to what the doctor wrote. I had to pick wellness because it mentioned spade and one claim was the pre ops checks and then the Ovariohysterectomy (spade I guess). :-) Besides this, it is pretty simple!
