Trust them with your pet family
We've had Embrace Pet Insurance since our Ragdoll cat, Pippin, came into our home five years ago. We found out this month that Pippin has cancer. He's a beloved giant, purring fur-ball who will let you hold him for as long as you need, or he needs(!), and touch his nose to yours in trust, and finding out about this cancer has wrecked everyone in our home. We've had two expensive vet appointments so far and Embrace has been wonderful. I just submit copies of the vet bill online and have always received a determination within a few days and a check in the mail within a week from the determination. If I linked my bank account, the checks would come even faster; I just haven't done that yet. I've liked Embrace so much that we added on our new Australian Shepherd last year.
Update - Since I wrote the first part of this review, we have lost our beloved Pippin. We had one more specialist vet appt & the result was that he didn't have much time left. We got another week with him and then we took him in to be put to sleep because we didn't want him to suffer. I have tears just typing this. The last appt was $2500 and I couldn't have afforded that without the pet insurance. I pay for 90% coverage and knowing that we have that meant we could try to get him help, even though it didn't "work." After I notified Embrace, they actually sent an email with their condolences and saying that they were canceling his insurance for us but assuring me that that didn't mean they wouldn't pay for the last claims. I appreciated that so much and I will continue to have Embrace for other pets.
