Easy to use platform that lets me submit claims easily. I have enjoyed my interactions with all the people at Embrace. Greatful for their help on this journey of pet ownership.

They get better and better and easy to submit claims. Vet costs have skyrocketed in last 5 years and anyone is insane not to have pet insurance for a beloved animal. I have a new pup and I think you also get a multi pet discount. I just researched other companies and noone else has better rates, and Embrace covers cancer ( non pre existing ) which sadly comes up to often in pets which is why I have them on very healthy foods now. THey got me through 16 months of my old cat on chemo. OTherwise I would have had a terrible decision to make too early. And I think many dumped pets these days are sadly because one vet bill can overwhelm a family on a budget.

The claims were easy to submit. Each step of the process was clearly stated. The review process began the following workday and were approved. We are very happy with the Embrace insurance and the staff who works there.

Claims process is always simple and the reimbursements are quickly paid. Any time I have a question regarding my pet's health, I receive good information and ease of care.

I have had Embrace for a few years with my dog. This company is much better than the previous company that I used. The reimbursement process is fast. The premium for my now senior dog is high but the peace of mind is there if she gets sick.
