Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We haven't had any problems with this insurance. We have had them for a couple of years now for both our dogs and we send our claim in and normally receive an email with a day or two letting me know they have received my paper work. And i will then normally here from them with a week or two that my claim has been processed. I also had a dog pass away under this ins. and everyone was so thoughtful and caring, they called us to see how we were doing and sent a sympathy card also. A very caring company. Would recommend them.

Great insurance .So glad I have embrace for our Little LLlasa apso Our dog is 6 years old and suddenly got very sick with a fever hterrible abdominal pain ands Would not eat or drink When I brought her to the vet they Immediately started I've antibiotics fluids And she had to be admitted right away She had terrible abdominal pain and needed x rays Which revealed quite a bit of inflammation Anyway I knew that the bill going to be high I sent my claim in right away and received my Claim decision within two weeks I received more 572.00. And my bil was 960.00 I have a 200.00 deductible yearly I was very happy with my reimbursed amount I would recommend embrace insurance To anyone with a pet!

I am extremely happy with Embrace and am so glad I decided to go with them. I like that you're able to choose your own deductible and co-pays (out of choices they give you). Instead of covering a minimum per procedure as most companies seem to do, they cover a percentage. (One company might only cover $800 of Procedure A, but it may cost me $1000 in one place and $1200 somewhere else. Embrace will cover, let's say 90%, so you definitely get more for your money.) I found this much more appealing and advantageous. I've had almost no issue with any of the claims. I don't know what the person who have 3/10 could have had a problem with. A couple of times I forgot to send the correct bill, but was clearly told what I needed to do and everything was taken care of. Their reps are very friendly and helpful, emails are courteous and caring, and I feel as though they truly care. I receive emails of claim notification within 48 hours and checks within a couple of weeks. Cost really varies on the kind of pet you have. I have a neutered, microchipped mixes breed, so it comes to about $50/month, which for my peace of mind is really worth it. He had surgery about a year and a half ago and 90% was covered--I received almost $1000 back. My only regret was that I didn't sign up during the first year I had him. DEFINITELY recommend!

My cat was treated recently for a gastrointestinal problem, and submitting my claim with relevant documentation was a pain-free process, thanks to the timely and efficient communications of the Customer Care Staff. E-Mail messages were well-written and easy to understand, and my questions and requests for clarification received quick and thorough responses. Thank you!
