Worth it so far
After spending 15K+ out of pocket in treating our other dog for lymphoma, we decided to be prudent and get insurance on the other dog. We're paying about 800/year which includes dental and wellness coverage. The wellness is totally worth it even just in terms of heartworm/fleas prevention, it's paid for itself already. I know my doggie needs some dental work and the premium again will pay for itself once we get the cleaning done. The turn-around/claim process was relatively easy since our vet takes care of submitting the claims. All I had to do was check the website to see what step my claim was on. My reimbursement check is now in the mail after a month. Hooray.
