Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had a couple of different pet insurance plans over the years, but with Embrace I never have a single regret or complaint. Great customer service, clear breakdowns about what is covered and what isn't. My dog Griffin has the dental coverage on top of the regular pet insurance plan. And it is even easier, no copay just an amount cap. Only issue I had was getting my vet to send the information to Embrace, which was kinda funny that the couldn't follow the directions but hey it can't always go smoothly. Awesome insurance, I am never gonna switch.

i was very challenged to choose an ins. co. for my pet. after researching, and on a wing and a prayer i went with embrace. i am extremley pleased with the service so far. i have been with them a few years and my pup has had no major illness or injury, just shots and wellness exams. i guess time will tell if i ever need major care i`ll hope that embrace will come through.

We joined Embrace in January and have had great service. We have had dental and wellness claims and have promptly recieved our money and explainations.

We recently had to have a lump removed from our cat's hind leg. I was very pleased with the response and reimbursement from Embrace. This is the second company I have insured with and I'm so impressed with Embrace. Thanks.

Overall Embrace was great and timely about processing my claim. There was some confusion regarding how many forms I needed from vets, but after a few emails this was cleared up. My only complaint really would be that I understood Embrace covered Chinese herbs if prescribed by a vet (and one of the reasons I chose this company). This is what I submitted and felt I had met the requirements (prescribed by a vet). During the claims process, I found out they reimburse based on an FDA approved list and this list was only made accessible to me after several emails back and forth and a specific request to do so during the claims process. I would have preferred this link to the FDA list be noted on the website for people to see during the process when they are deciding if they will purchase insurance. This one point felt a little "bait and switch" but overall the claim was handled and they emailed throughout the process so I didn't wonder if my claim was sitting on a desk somewhere.
