Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I got Embrace coverage for my dog when I rescued her and luckily never needed it for a large amount until this past year when we found out she needed surgery on both front elbows. Embrace certified how much they would cover after our deductible was met and has been nothing but helpful ever since. We would have not been able to afford the surgery to help our dog play and be happy again without Embrace. Our dog has many human and dog friends in our neighbor and I'm constantly raving about Embrace to all of them. Hopefully some decided to get coverage! When I signed up I was not aware that dental was a different coverage plan so make sure you obtain dental if you think your pet will need it.

I have had a very positive experience dealing the Embrace. They have reimbursed the claims I've submitted fairly. I did a thorough job of clarifying what is and is not covered when I first selected my policy and there have been no surprises. They have excellent customer service and when they are slow in reimbursing on a claim (a month, they stay in touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.

What can I say about Embrace? Everyone with whom I have had contact has been professional, sympathetic, helpful, willing to the the extra mile, and attentive to the details of whatever claims have been submitted. Although I have had numerous dogs over the course of my adult life, I never thought about obtaining pet insurance. I finally decided that having pet insurance might be a good idea.
