Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Mom and I are extremely happy with all the help we have gotten for our little 13 pound dog that has had multiple problems this year. Service was very prompt and fair. The entire staff is incredibly compassionate about animals, and offers kind correspondence at all times..... I don't know what we would have done without this financial help...

I only wish my own health insurance provider was as speedy and un-bureaucratic! Our two claims to date have been processed promptly and applied to the deductible with a minimum of paperwork and no annoying stalling via nonsensical questions or endless forms to fill out. It's an old-fashioned reimburse-for-services plan: you pay; the vets submit the claim, and Embrace notifies you of the resolution (in these two cases within two weeks). I'm assuming this will continue once we meet the deductible and start getting actual reimbursements.

I got Embrace when I first got my mastiff puppy last year. They have been nothing but helpful. It is so easy to file a claim and they update you throughout the process. My puppy recently got into stuffed animals and had to have emergency surgery. Without Embrace this would have been a very difficult time financially. I am so thankful for this company.

Since I've been enrolled with Embrace I had no problem with them, they are awesome. Costumer service is always nice and ready to help you with anything. I will never change to any other insurance we love Embrace! :)

I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Embrace Pet Insurance for our baby boy, black labrador Trigger. We took him in for his puppy shots and to get his chip placed. We purchased the Wellness plan along with the illness/accident insurance plan. Our vetrinarian, was not already partnered or aware of Embrace, and Embrace made it easy on me by taking the guess work out of how to get them in contact with one another and have our claim smoothly submitted. Brian, an Embrace team member, contact our vet and had everything sorted out in one day. Within 3 days of that I had received a notice that our Claim under the wellness rewards plan would be completely covered. That's right, $349 back in our pocket, the insurance and Wellness Rewards package definitely pay for themselves. Believe me every little bit helps while planning a wedding and we can't thank Embrace enough for being so responsive. In 10 days we should be receiving the check. Thank you again Embrace!
