Tanner had some kind of neurological episode: suddenly heavy salivating, vomiting and, by the time I could get him to my local vet 55 minutes later, he was unable to get up or to walk. 48 hours at the emergency vet hospital where they were unable to diagnose any toxic exposure but he responded to IV fluids. Claim submitted the Sunday I brought him home; claim approved around a week later and check arrived less than two weeks from the beginning of the whole event.

I wasn't completely sold on the whole pet insurance thing and not having the best experience with health insurance was a little hesitant to get another insurance I was going to have to fight to get my claims covered. On the medical claim, sent the info in, they reviewed and sent me a detailed statement on the coverage along with a check. Couldn't of been easier. I'm glad we got the insurance, now if I could just get Embrace to talk to the health insurance people and get them to understand what customer service should be like.

Embrace Pet Insurance is worth every penny of the nominal premium. My 1 1/2 year old chihuahua Chapo has been ill on more than one occasion throughout this past year and my vet bills have been outrageous. Although sometimes I feel like I'm being scammed by the vets, I have nothing but 100% trust and confidence in Embrace. Their claim reimbursements are immediate, they even have direct deposit. I can always get to a live person if I have questions about my policy or any claims. I can check my claim status online. And the most important things is that they cover what they say they are going to cover. EMBRACE PET INSURANCE IS A SOLID, RELIABLE company that does everything on the "up and up."
