Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace Pet Insurance is worth every penny of the nominal premium. My 1 1/2 year old chihuahua Chapo has been ill on more than one occasion throughout this past year and my vet bills have been outrageous. Although sometimes I feel like I'm being scammed by the vets, I have nothing but 100% trust and confidence in Embrace. Their claim reimbursements are immediate, they even have direct deposit. I can always get to a live person if I have questions about my policy or any claims. I can check my claim status online. And the most important things is that they cover what they say they are going to cover. EMBRACE PET INSURANCE IS A SOLID, RELIABLE company that does everything on the "up and up."

When our dog was diagnosed with lymphoma the only thing we dreaded more than the treatment protocol was dealing with the insurance company for the first time. Turns out, it was a breeze. Now our dog's in clinical remission and we've been fully reimbursed. Embrace delivers on its promises.

My 13 yr old cat was diagnose with cancer after a routine oral exam. After some confusion, during which Embrace dealt with the issues quickly and professionally, they covered the majority of the bill.

Claim emailed on 2/2 but not acknowledged until 2/11. Then had to wait 3 more weeks to get reimbursed. I received no email notice of benefits paid until I called and asked. You would not have gotten a 3 but the person who actually provided answers was very nice.

I carry insurance on my pet just as I do on the rest of my family, as I consider my per part of my family. I realize it seems costly, however, I never want to have to make a life or death decision based on money. Embrace has been responsive and I have not had to agrue with them regarding coverage as with other insurance companies (not just pet) I appreciate the ease of filing and their in touch communication.
