Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My French Bulldog celebrated her fifth birthday by acquiring a skin infection around her eye that had not one, not two, but three components (bacteria, yeast and mites). Not surprisingly, this required multiple vet visits and prescriptions. As soon as I started filing claims, Embrace was (as they always have been in the past) prompt and diligent in processing them. I received frequent updates on the status of my claim, including an apology when the processing took longer than they had anticipated, and a full explanation of what my refunds were and why. There were no hassles or second-guessing. My veterinary clinic also loves working with Embrace. Very happy clients all around.

We have had Embrace for our two golden retrievers. We appreciate the ease of communication with them, the fast response time, and they cover what they say they will cover. Period. There have been no glitches, and in every email communication we get from them about a claim, they make us feel that they care about our dog and also about the quality of the service they are providing. Two thumbs up! I hope they continue to deliver excellence service. Our dogs are family!

I like that we have the Wellness plan where we get reimbursed for our yearly meds for Peanut.

I've had Embrace Insurance for two of my dogs since 2009. They were both very healthy until this year. Frankie hurt his back. I have been so pleased with the coverage we have received. Our experience has been great so far with our new puppy. We have only used our Wellness benefits so far and hope to keep it that way!
