Have dealt with Embrace for 2 dogs now. They always respond in a timely manner keeping me informed of the status of my claim. Submitted a very large claim last year due to my puppy's fatal illness. They paid out the maximum amount allowed, which was in the $10,000++ range and I had only had the insurance for about 6 mos. They sent me a condolence card expressing their sympathy for the loss of my puppy with the check. Now that is very compassionate customer relations in my book, so I have purchased a policy for my new puppy.
