Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Took out the Embrace Wellness Insurance on our 7 year old Shih Tzu in February and she went for her annual in April as well as a teeth cleaning and I was amazed at how fast Embrace paid the claim. I mailed the invoice to them on a Friday and by the next Thursday I received an email telling me it had been reviewed and accepted and they were cutting a check for the services. Sure wish my personal health insurance was as efficient.

My first claim was for all my dog's annual vaccinations and annual exam. It was processed and paid in less than one week.

I submitted my claim for my almost 9 year old dog for a breathing and coughing issue. The vet bill was much higher than I expected ~ mostly because it was an urgent visit and they squeezed me in to address the issue immediately.In addition to the breathing and coughing issue, my dog lost interest in his food (MAJOR RED FLAG), so we were very concerned about his health. a lot of money later, he is improving and my worst fear (Cancer) was not the issue! whew! I submitted my documents as soon as I got out of the vet office and got an email the next day that my claim was approved and taken care of !!! Embrace has given me the best peace of mind for my precious dog, Chance.

My Maizee, who is blind, requires more care than usual. She was recently in the emergency room for an illness and it was so good to know that I had her health care covered through an insurance company that is so understanding of her needs and I have never had to worry about denial of claims. Their representatives are so kind and caring when you call them. You're never put on hold and they always ask how Maizee is doing and seem genuinely concerned. I wish I could only say that about my own personal health insurance company for myself!!! Embrace is the best and I have had another company before so I have a comparison and I highly recommend Embrace
