Embrace has been great for us. Clains processed qu

When deciding to add another furry friend we wanted insurance just in case. Our other Doxie had been in the animal hospital and cost us over a thousand dollars. After we purchased Dutchess we had no idea that in 6 weeks she would become very ill. Taking her to the vet we didn't have to ask how much for each test. She is fine now and will be on a special diet but Embrace pays for that also. She has a very sensitive gastric system. Thanks Embrace!!!

Fast and Accurate Responses

Although not always ruled in my favor, I completely understand the results. For other claims, Embrace has reviewed and issued checks for covered claims. We are new to Embrace, and so far are very satisfied that we chose Embrace for Margi's medical coverage.

Embrace Pet Insurance

The ease of filing a claim for our 2 dogs is so easy. Scan, log on to site, and attach that simple. We receive notification of submission within 24 hours - they do a great job in letting us know the status of our claim. When I first signed up the customer service personnel were friendly and helpful. I love the fact they cover more than any other pet insurance companies I researched - Worth every penny.

Cue Tail wagging- happy with Embrace

We are very happy with Embrace pet insurance. Every time I call the customer service line, the call is answered quickly & the service representative is courteous & knowledgeable. We do not have to fight for our claims to be paid, when they are eligible for payment. The claims are also reviewed in a timely manner from date of submission.

Love this company!!

I continue to be blown away by Embrace....my senior rescue has had a series of unexpected medical issues which have been covered by Embrace. My claims are responded to quickly with warmth. I am so enthusiastic about this company, I stop other pet owners with pups and ask them if they have pet insurance and if they don't, I recommend Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
