Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I purchased Embrace pet insurance for my cats when I adopted them as kittens. Since then, when illnesses have come up, Embrace has always been incredibly helpful and paid me quickly. The plans have paid for themselves and will continue to do so as my cats get older.

I purchase a insurance for my fur baby.. & in the 1st month I had 2 claims.. it’s so easy and convenient to submit the itemized vet bill thru the app.. With in 3 days my money was direct deposit to my account.. No issues or hassles.. So far so good 😊 I would highly recommend..

I was pleased with many things! The customer service on how to file a claim, the quickness of the review as well as how quickly the benefits were deposited to my account.

I find that after working in healthcare it’s just what insurances do, which is take your money and do all they can do to not pay for anything. They create all kinds of loopholes to get out of paying. My dog had to have a surgery that was almost $6000 on 2/14/23. The policy was purchased 7/14/22 and there were NO pre-existing conditions regarding his Feb surgery, but during their in depth 12 month pre policy chart review, they found that Prince had a limp on 10/22/22, 3 months AFTER the policy was purchased and not ANYTIME before the policy was purchased, but they still will not pay for the surgery that he had to have 7 months after being a member! OH, and because he NOW had a problem, they will NEVER pay for a joint issue!

Submitting claims through Embrace is incredibly easy! Having pet insurance gives me peace of mind to know that finances don't need to come into question if something terrible happens.
