If I could give Embrace ZERO stars
If I could give Embrace ZERO stars, I would. The Claims Adjusters and the Company as a whole does not read nor understand the policy language. They simply seek to copy-and-paste, and deny paying customers VALID claims. For instance, when my puppy hit a birdhouse, Embrace refused payment stating this was an "illness." Any reasonable person without training at this Company could figure out this was an "accident." I abhor this Company and if I could actually get someone on the phone I would have cancelled my policy MONTHS ago. WORST. INSURER. OF. ALL. TIME.
