The initial submissions took a while to get done and it seemed like the same information was being asked for multiple times. I too am at fault as I wasn’t sure of their process. The invoice after that was smooth sailing. The response via email was always very prompt. I would certainly recommend them.

The ultimate issue I've been having is, I have been very responsive to fix issues with my claim, but it seems like Embrace's system isn't very efficient. They're either not receiving my responses, emails, etc. or they're ignoring them. My claim is on hold after I've made multiple attempts to reach out to Embrace to fix the issue. At first it was an issue with my cat's name not being correct which I noted in the claim, responded multiple emails and finally got resolved. Now there's an issue that there was not a complete record of my pet's medical history and I submitted it through the site, responded through email, reached out to a customer service I had previously spoken all to no avail. I just called to try to resolve and Embrace's system is down. It has not been easy!

Embrace is the best insurance. No joke. In the space of two days, both of my dogs were injured. One was hit by a car, and the other was poisoned. We spent over $5,000 in emergency expenses. They were quick to review the cases and reimbursed me exactly what I signed up for. We were reimbursed 80% of the total bills, less the remaining deductibles.

I love embrace! It seemed like we had to take our dog to the dr/er every month, so we finally got insurance. Now I don't know how any pet owner can live without it. They have modern tools with upload online and they communicate quickly and effectively about claims.
