Frustrating and Inefficient
The ultimate issue I've been having is, I have been very responsive to fix issues with my claim, but it seems like Embrace's system isn't very efficient. They're either not receiving my responses, emails, etc. or they're ignoring them. My claim is on hold after I've made multiple attempts to reach out to Embrace to fix the issue. At first it was an issue with my cat's name not being correct which I noted in the claim, responded multiple emails and finally got resolved. Now there's an issue that there was not a complete record of my pet's medical history and I submitted it through the site, responded through email, reached out to a customer service I had previously spoken all to no avail. I just called to try to resolve and Embrace's system is down. It has not been easy!
