Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

They took 3 entire months to process and refund my claim. I had to reach out to each vet myself and send records. I am annoyed

Difficult to work with. I have used Embrace for over 9 years with my dogs. I need to keep my insurance on a dog with IBS a pre-exiting issue so your it Embrace. I have another puppy coming last week of June and have already signed this pup up with Met-Life because of my recent problems with Embrace. I was sent to a specialist - Dental Surgeon by my regular vet because of the size of the Mass. He talked to me and explained that nothing could be done after the examination. He said if he operated he would need to take the area with the cancer, part of the jaw bone and part of the eye socket. She was gone in 10 or 12 days. I sent Embrace all the doctors notes of both visits and invoices. This certainly was not a pre-existing condition. Please Embrace don't copy and paste one of your standard letter that will apologize and give excuses for your behavior. When I tried to wait on the phone to one of your customer service people - I finally told them "just forget it." I need to say to you Shame on you Embrace.

The claim process is so easy. Only about 4 steps and it's done. I like how I can submit the claim through the app on my cell phone or my laptop. Since being with Embrace I have noticed that the whole process from submitting the claim to getting reimbursed is about 48 to 72 hours. NOT a bad turnaround at all.

Part of my claim wasn’t paid because of an assumption that my dog has a preexisting condition, which she does not. She’s only one and a half and has hardly been to the doctor other than well visits and grooming. I am considering cancelling this insurance if my claims are not going to be paid.

They are absolutely horrible, after having Spot and Nationwide, Embrace is 1000x worst. Avoid like a virus.
