Did I make a mistake

So far since I made the switch to Embrace I haven’t been impressed. The first time I submitted a claim I was getting emailed to explain the issue and my vet had to explain and send in history. My other insurances never was this hard to make a claim. My pay was usually deposited in 72hours. I’m now starting to wonder if I made a mistake by switching.

They were so courteous in removing one…

They were so courteous in removing one of my pets after I sent in an invoice after an ER visit turned into losing our fur baby. They sent a really nice email, prorated our monthly bill and removed her policy without me even asking. Sending claims in are simple as well.

Very easy to deal with

I couldn’t be happier with this pet insurance! The sign-up process was simple, and the coverage options are straightforward and easy to understand. When my pet needed unexpected care, the claim process was quick and stress-free—exactly what you need during a difficult time. Reimbursements were processed faster than I expected, and the communication throughout was excellent. Knowing I have this insurance gives me real peace of mind that my pet will always get the best care without the financial stress. Highly recommend to any pet parent!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
