Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Submitting the claim online was extremely easy without the hassle I've had in the past. The bill was paid in a timely manner and funds deposited into my account as it should be in todays era of computer technology. No 10 to 15 working days waiting for the check to appear. I'm thankful for that.

Very easy to submit a claim

Well I did a review research and it's appear to be 50/50 BUT I took a chance on this company & the staff was professional & very informative & focused on our information(kudos katherine) the short end I didn't like the transaction billing dont give you a transaction record and its very strange in these times that you cannot have a transaction code when your charge for the service they actually make you check your bank statement...didn't like that at all but I remained fair and stayed in tuned...so hopefully the service is great

As always, the best and expedient service for submitting claims and getting reimbursed. I've had family members with other pet insurance companies that often complain about overall service and especially customer service...nothing but top notch quality with Embrace.

I've had Embrace coverage for around two years on my three cats. My experience has been very positive! After getting everything initially set up with their exams to check for preexisting conditions, its been very low maintenance. I had them to a pre review of their medical records when I first signed up so I knew what exclusions we would have. (Highly recommend so there's no surprises) During the two years, I've made three separate claims. They were all for relatively minor events ($1,300, $500, & $100). Each claim was hassle free. I scanned the invoice on the app and had my reimbursement in around 2 weeks. My most recent claim was because I woke up one day and my cats face was swollen. It's scary enough taking your pet to the vet, but then on top of that having to be afraid of the bill, or worse yet - that you can't afford the treatment. Thanks to my coverage I was able to take her to the vet knowing I could afford treatment even if a larger issue. My premium has gone up a few dollars each year. The amount I received back in claims pretty much broke even with my premiums. I've been in situations in the past where I've had to choose between going into debt or treating our pet. The peace of mind i have knowing if anything major arises we are prepared is wonderful. From our experience I don't have any negatives to add.
