ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

Recently, my 5ish year old dog started having pain in her left eye. I took her to our local vet who diagnosed her with glaucoma and sent us home with meds. After a follow up visit, it was decided that she needed to see a specialist. Unfortunately, the specialist determined that she had lost vision in her left eye. Other than the vision loss, she is in perfect health. I submitted my bills for all visits. After a short period of time, all claims were approved and I received a check for the majority of what I paid out of pocket (minus deductible). The process was quick and easy.

I am very happy with choosing ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for Heidi. She was acutely ill & needed to be taken to a Pet ER. My husband was shocked with the charge. I submitted the claim to ASPCA. After taking out the deductible, 80% of the claim was reimbursed to me. Heidi had to follow up with her vet since she had lingering symptoms. I submitted that claim that reimbursed at 80% to me. The speed that the claims paid were unbelievable. I was reimbursed within 2 weeks. Submission of the claim is simple. One takes a picture of it on their phone & submits it. A brief explanation of the illness is enclosed on the online form. I am very satisfied with the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance.
