Kind, helpful, and quick reimbursement
My dog had an awful accident and had to have emergency surgery. I paid for it, knowing I had pet insurance, but after hearing so many horror stories, I was worried my claim would be denied.
I submitted my claim on a Monday, it was marked as completed on Wednesday, and the money was deposited directly into my bank account by the next Monday. So it took just one week to process my claim and get reimbursed.
I did have to call customer support about a question I had on my claim form, and they were incredibly kind and helpful, and asked about how my pet was recovering. I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with my experience.
