Month on July was not kind to my baby…
Month on July was not kind to my baby Kona..
dont know what I would have done , if we didnt have ASPCA Pet Insurance.
I entered 3 claims about a couple of days apart,, See my Baby broke her front left leg.. Her Femur broke in 3 pcs.. She needed a very complicated and expensive Operation.. I have a fixed income .. ASPCA I think understand how important it is to process these claims as quickly as they can,,
within 2 days of me submitting the first 2 claims I had already received my Reimbursement , direct deposit to my bank .
the 3rd Claim was the big one, this one had the Operation and 3 night in the hospital , you all know this is not cheap either... Once again they are there for us , and process the claim within a week. and this was only because I didnt include all the information needed, once I uploaded what they needed, they processed it on a WEEKEND, yes you heard me correct, A WEEKEND.. I am grateful for ASPCA I have had them for more then 10yrs , and every time I have needed them , THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME...
I thank all your team and your customer service, you are ABOVE THE REST ... in my BOOK YOU ARE NUMBER 1.. thank you for helping get my baby on the road to recovery
