The information was sufficient to delineate your service from a competitor's. My husband ran the numbers for 10 years of coverage in our scenario, and ASPCA is likely to cost less over that time. The items covered in the policy are sufficient as well.

Easy to sign up....my dog is new and I changed her name after registering and had to call ASPCA to change the name of the dog covered. Wish that was allowed on my insurance site via a simple update or "change pet info" but it wasn't...only adding another pet....couldn't modify info already submitted

Avoid! Blatant bad faith company

FYI the business reply below says “get in touch via this email” yes this is the same email they blatantly ignore me on and I reference in my review. It is just bots replying to reviews to keep their scores high. Look at the other 1 star reviews on here! They're telling the truth. See how ASPCA responds to everyone telling them to call a number that no one answers just so they look like they're engaging on here. They are shady! My experience has been that after ASPCA failing to process my claim within the contracted time and after exhausting my good graces with excuses they they proceeded to deny my claims because as they claim "multiple attempts were made to obtain medical records". This is despite the fact my vet had sent them everything they requested multiple times and I too had forwarded things to them. I made numerous attempts to email them and they would send cut and paste responses refusing to even acknowledge my formal complaints. Never once did they call or email my vet, get back to me (I on the other hand spent at least 4 time on hold for 30 minutes where no one answered). They just kept sending requests for records they clearly had. Even in our email chain it was clear that they had received the necessary documents. There was no getting sense from them. I wonder if they are bots or AI. I can't think humans would be that deliberately obtuse and act in such bad faith again and again. They pay a lot of money clearly to "impartial" insurance review sites to silence honest reviews like this one and flood the internet with reviews from fake industry professionals comparing the coverage instead of genuine customer experiences.
