I want an ASPCA card to carry in my wallet. I've asked twice....no card and no human contact.

Little or no constructive advice on how…

Little or no constructive advice on how to navigate site, policy, etc etc once you sign up. Am just trusting that once I file a claim the process will become obvious. Update: appreciate the ASPCA response, but today a new issue arose. Received a marketing email from them stating for quicker processing when claims are made to enter my pet's "favorite animal hospitals", and a button in the letter implied it would take you right to the page to make the entry. No such luck. Went to every page and unable to find the place to enter the veterinary hospital names. I'm sure the place to enter is there somewhere, but it's not easy to find.

Poor Website and Customer Service

Poor Website and Customer Service When signing up, the website was very glitchy (e.g. kept switching the animal I was signing up for from horse to cat) and took a lot of persistence to even get to the checkout. Then when I went to pay, the site refused to accept any credit card I entered (it kept throwing a security code error, even when I input the security code correctly, and even when I tried multiple credit cards). I finally switched to using my bank account to pay just to complete the transaction. My bank account was promptly debited for the price of the insurance plan. Then, three days later I see I my bank account was debited a second time for a slightly different amount. I received absolutely no communication about this second charge. I e-mailed Customer Service and received no reply. I called Customer Service and they told me this was "probably" a change in premium and that I should "probably" be receiving a refund for the original premium. They told me to just wait a week and call back if I hadn't received a credit. This is a completely unacceptable answer -- I've been effectively charged twice, with the money taken directly out of my bank account -- and no one knows anything. And they essentially told me to just wait a while! I seriously hope this experience is not an indication of the service I can expect with the insurance product itself. Really regretting switching to ASPCA.
