This company will falsely deny a claim
This company will falsely deny a claim. For example, my dog was ill two months after the insurance had been purchased and they denied the claim saying it was within the 14 day waiting period. This was incorrect. But there is no way to dispute the denial and customer service just completely ignores my emails. They are in it for the money and deny claims without even looking at them.
Additionally, I got this insurance for a rescue because they cover behavioral vet visits, but those were all denied because it was “pre-existing”. Of course it was - he’s a rescue ASPCA! Talk about not fulfilling your own mission. So now I have thousands of dollars in denied claims and a useless insurance policy that I pay premiums on.
