Recommend to everyone

I recommend pet insurance to all my friends and family but I will only specify ASPCA Pet Insurance. They have been wonderful from the first call of just getting information about insurance to the follow up after Dexter has been to the vet. The human touch is lacking in so many businesses these days it is nice to see it here. No matter what I will always have ASPCA Pet insurance for my pets.

Efficient!

My dog was diagnosed with Cushings disease when he was about 7. I had purchased the insurance in case there was an emergency but I never expected him to be diagnosed with a long term illness. I'm happy that I had the insurance when he got sick and I'm happy I have it now for his follow ups. I have had only positive experience with claim handling and customer service. My dog receives frequent care and feels good and that is priceless.

Best service ever!

I've had ASPCA pet insurance for both of my cats, and it's the best investment I ever made. The reimbursements exceeded my expectations. They even help pay for euthanasia. Everything was done in a timely manner. One representative, Bob, called me on the phone just to see how my cat Freddie was feeling after his ordeal. After my cat passed, I got a sympathy card. They are even easy to get on the phone!

Very happy with ASPCA Pet Insurance

I have had ASPCA pet insurance for my dog for 2 years now. She recently ended up having to have a TPLO on both knees. Thank goodness for pet insurance. ASPCA was very helpful and reimbursed quite a bit for both surgeries. I picked level 4 for my dog with extended care...just in case. Customer Service is always very helpful as well.

Peace of mind is priceless.

My sweet little Scotty had a good life, with very little illness until his senior years. Then it was multiple problems common to older dogs; colitis, vestibular disease, liver enlargement and failure. The bills for diagnostic testing and constant veterinary care were substantial. As an elderly widow my resources are limited.Thankfully, he had ASPCA Pet Insurance, with Continuing Care added when he was 10. I could care for my old friend without financial worry, and that is a blessing beyond words. When he died at age 14 I knew that everything possible had been done for him. ASPCA grief counselors called me and were so kind and understanding. I have recommended ASPCA Pet Health Insurance many many times and will continue to do so.
