Excellent Processing of My Claim

When I applied for pet insurance, my doggie was very healthy.I just thought if I have insurance for me, why not for her. Thank goodness! She had a mysterious swelling that could not be identified without testing. She was treated by wonderful Vet and is her old playful self again. My claim was processed and paid very professionally.

Prompt and Efficient

I have ASPCA pet insurance for both my dog and cat. Recently my dog had an ACL tear and had surgery to repair it. Filing the claim was very easy, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the claim processing took place.I was very satisfied with the entire process and would encourage my friends and family to insure their pets with ASPCA. The follow up phone call about Emma was well appreciated.

Very satisfied with ASPCA

We have been very happy with the ASPCA plan for our dog. This is our second plan and I think you have to choose and understand the best plan that suits your pets needs. The staff is very helpful and courteous when you call them with questions. We are reimbursed very quickly. It is very easy to get the claim forms and review the claims online.

Every pet owner should have ASPCA!!

I have filed two claims with ASPCA and they were handled professionally and fairly. I contacted ASPCA and inquired about their support for vets and they informed me they had literature and support people. I then contacted my vet and their office is looking forward to the support available from ASPCA I then contacted ASPCA and informed them of my vets interest and they are taking it from there.
