I have ASPCA pet insurance for my 2 …

I have ASPCA pet insurance for my 2 dogs. I do not know that I can give that extensive of a review but I'll say what I know. The sign up part is very easy and they even sent me a card in the mail thanking me for signing up and personally called me too. I also like the online feature where I can go to view coverage at anytime and easily file a claim there too. I've only had to file one claim before (I actually was easily able to complete it on my phone in a short time). The time it took them to process my claim was very long - months. I knew it was under the amount of my deductible and would just be applied toward it so I didn't really hassle them about it. Eventually they did process it and it went to my deductible. All in all, even though it looks like they may take a while to process things I am happy knowing that I do have something to fall back on if and when my 2 ever need it.

Best Thing for my Puppy

From the first phone call to the claims process everything has been so easy and convenient. I had no idea how to approach insurance for my puppy, after comparing other plans ASPCA was my pick and the rep that assisted me with my policy made me feel like a person not just another sale. The claims filing process is so easy and it's direct deposited to my bank. Getting some money back after expensive vet visits makes the cost of the plan worth it. We have used the preventative services for her neuter, routine visit and her flea/tick prevention.

Dental claim

Our claim for dental procedure for our "Lucky Boy" male cat was quickly processed and we were very pleased with the kind and caring agents.

ASPCA PET HEALTH IS BEST

I have used ASPCA PET HEALTH INSURANCE FOR MANY YEARS. WE GO BACK AS FAR AS 2001 WITH LUIGI, WHO RECENTLY PASSED. NEVER A PROBLEM OF ANY KIND. CLAIMS ARE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY WAY. THEY ALSO OFFER REIMBURSEMENT FOR SO MANY THINGS, WHICH IS AWESOME. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL WHEN LUIGI WAS I'LL FOR 3 YEARS WITH ONGOING COVERAGE. I MUST SAY I ADOPTED ANOTHER KITTEN WHO TESTED FeLV positive. I HAD ALREADY ENROLLED HIM. BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF GETTING IT REMOVED VERY FAST. AND I AM SO GRATEFUL AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
