Great Customer Service
My puppy had a stomach issue and we couldn't figure out what it was so had ultrasounds, IVs, x-rays, and medicine. it ended up passing after about two weeks but ASPCA reimbursed me for the bills no questions asked and just followed up to make sure my pup was doing well a couple of weeks later. They don't say "no that's not covered" like a lot of insurances and they have a very knowledgeable staff. I hope I never have to use the illness/accident insurance again but if I do need to, I can rest assured that my pup and my bank account will both be taken care of without the stress of worrying about being reimbursed through insurance. So glad i chose ASPCA!
