Great service

Took King Diamond for an extremely overdue check-up after moving across country. Thank goodness all was well, except he needed some tests for overweight and some shots. Our claim was promptly processed and money sent to us. Dealings with phone reps was pleasant, professional and helpful. Thank you.

Easy, transparent, and quick.

I’ve had two claims through ASPCA. They were easy to submit and the company processed them quickly. The coverage was clearly explained and matched my policy, and I received repayment within a few weeks of submitting the claims. I wish my health insurance was this transparent and easy to use!

The insurance was a huge relief at a very stressful time

We are so grateful that we had Total Coverage Insurance with ASPCA. Our 7 year dachshund ruptured the disc in the middle of her back as she ran to the fence barking at a deer. She immediately lost use of her back legs. We rushed her into the critical care animal hospital and meet with the neurology department. She needed to have a MRI and the results confirmed she needed to go right into surgery on her spine. My husband and I didn't have to think about how we were going to pay the $8200 bill. We knew we had insurance for a good portion of the cost. Within a few weeks after her surgery we received a check for $5000 from ASPCA. It was wonderful to put that immediately against the bill. After her 6 weeks of recovery she was able to walk again and now after 7 months she has made a full recovery and is back to playing, running about, and walking every day. Life is good.

ASPCA has been a great partner in the wellness of my dog

ASPCA has insured my boxer for the past 8 years since she was 11 weeks old. Sydney is and always has been an extremely active and rambunctious dog since the day we brought her home. She has gotten herself into trouble through the years and ASPCA has always been there for us to help cover the vet bills to get and keep her healthy. When I picked my coverage I selected the 3rd option out of 4 and have always been satisfied with my selection as they have helped me afford her care from paying to pull tree fern fibers out of her tonsils (twice), chronic pancreatitis and recently a major surgery on her stifle (knee) referred to as TPLO. The last was a very costly surgery and ASPCA was right there with me to help cover the costs. I feel that ASPCA has been a wonderful partner these past 8 years in helping me keep Sydney happy and healthy and I plan on being a part of this partnership through the rest of her life and hopefully with any future pets as well!
