This insurance saved my dogs life

I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for a very long time. The little furry baby princess girl I insure is now my 13 year old puppy person, not my 3 year old puppy person any more, which is when I rescued her, at the age of 3. In turn ASPCA rescued her through many a tumultuous time. 40 stones in all her female organs, polyps she needed removed, a broken leg shattered so badly that she has a plate where her femur was with 12 pins keeping it in step with her. As she's gotten older the problems we all have she has as well..And, I do not think she'd be here without the financial help ASPCA has blessed me with. I could never ever see myself without ASPCA ever again. With my girl & furry kids that will undoubtedly be in our future, ASPCA will be part of their lives too. No one paid me, or offered me anything for a favorable review so please be advised this honest & candid recantation was not written because I had to but because I wanted to & felt I needed to. I'm grateful to them & I know I'm also beyond the point of ever repaying their gratitude but let me say it again, they've saved me every single time they help my girl. For without her I don't know what I'd do but thank heavens I don't have to think about leaving ASPCA. They are a gift & the people that work for them are just angels & I may be gushing & for that I apologize but they deserve it, one & all.

Excellent reimbursement, prompt payment

We recently had two very big vet bills, due to sudden onset of seizures in our two-year-old kitty. We were pleased and relieved when ASPCA reimbursed us for 70% of the total cost. The money was in our account within one week of filing the claim, via direct deposit. Our policy is Level Two with $100 deductible.

Helpful and Compassionate

They are always helpful! I have 4 pups and they all have insurance through ASPCA. My oldest is ill and they still provide care. Great company!

positive and negative

I love it when I call about a claim to find out why it has not been paid that I get asked how my guys are doing and the concern in voice that I am talking to. I have seem to have a problem with some claims being paid that there are times when there is a problem between the vet and the claims department and I am at a loss as what to do as when a credit card is used and payment is due that a hang up in a claim getting paid is stressful..
