Love the coverage and customer service

New this year to the ASPCA insurance. I had another pet insurance but their customer service sucked. I asked a vet tech friend of mine and he recommend ASPCA. I contacted them, got insurance on my 15 year old dog. A couple months later I noticed a slight limp. Took her into the vet, found out she has arthritis and also to my surprise I found out she had cushings disease. :( ASPCA was very helpful during the process. Im giving them a nine only because it took them over a month to actually refund me my money. Other then that, its been a pleasure.

Affordable insurance, good coverage and quick claim processing

We have a senior basset hound, and regular vet visits are now a part of keeping him healthy. Our insurance with ASPCA means we never have to let concerns about cost keep us from taking Bo to the vet - which is a huge relief as more health concerns pop up as he ages. Best of all, claims are always processed quickly, and the coverage is always clearly explained. We did a lot of price comparisons when looking for pet insurance, and ASPCA definitely was among the best value for our money. Customer service is also top notch.

ASPCA A Cut Above the Rest

I have been extremely impressed with the coverage I selected. ASPCA is truly a cut above the rest when it comes to service and responsiveness when a claim has been submitted. Also, they care about your pet. Each time a claim has been submitted for Wizo it has been processed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, a representative will call and check on him to see how he's doing after a visit. The other good thing about the ASPCA pet insurance I was able to insure my two cats at a discounted rate, which was great. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance for anyone shopping around for pet insurance.

They love pets

I find it really easy to view the claims and check on the status. They process claims really quickly, sometimes in a week or less. I love that I get a call to check on my dog after his vet visit

Anyone with a pet should have ASPCA!

We got ASPCA Pet Insurance for our Golden Retriever, Goose, when he was just a puppy. I consider it like our own health, car or home insurance. It has helped cover those unexpected instances. And, ASPCA is so professional and has suck personable staff. They call and check up on Goose to make sure he is doing well. :O) I highly recommend ASPCA for your pet needs!
