ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

We purchased the pet insurance for our dog and cat. After a few months, the dog had a major knee injury and other problems that would require surgery. This insurance was a game-changer in the decision making process since we wouldn't have to shoulder the financial burden of this surgery, and gave us the best options to treat our dog. We are very happy with the Insurance. The first claims took a little time to get all the paperwork and communication ironed out between the insurance and our vet, but once that was taken care of, everything has been smooth sailing since. I highly recommend it. Its great for those Odd, one-off vet visits for the random things that can happen, but also has played a huge role in helping our dog with these big issues.

The rates are reasonable. I have never had a problem with the customer service. They are very helpful and friendly. Claims are processed in a very reasonable time. I am a bit disappointed on the amount of return on my claims that have been submitted.

I have ASPCA insurance for my dog. I could always count on them when it comes to being able to get care for my dog King when he needs it. I have recommended this pet insurance to my sister for her dog Heaven now Heaven is insured. Customer service is great, keep up the good work. Thank you

This is the best pet insurance ever. The representatives call to make sure that our Husky is doing fine or what they needs to do more to secure his well being and recovery. They always make sure that Starkey is recognised. Thanks for everything, Jerry M.
