ASPCA Pet Insurance- Positive experience

I have accident/illness/wellness coverage and so far I have been very happy with the reimbursement from ASPCA pet insurance. Some of my friends/family feel the monthly fee for this coverage may be too much. However, I have submitted claims under accident, illness & wellness and have been very thankful I singed up for the extensive coverage. They provide an EOB with each claim, which helps explain the reimbursement. The first claim seemed to take some time to process (but in reality it took a little less than a month to process, it just seemed long on my end). Since the first claim, the processing time has been less (approx 1-2 weeks). Submission of claims is very easy to complete using their weblink on my phone. This is the first time I have ever purchased Pet Insurance and with the positive experience I have had with customer service, the coverage and reimbursement process, I have recommended ASPCA to other pet owners.

I love ASPCA

I love ASPCA thus far! They have been great. Every time I have spoken to anyone in customer service they have been extremely polite and helpful. I have submitted numerous claims because our Rottie is always getting into something & they have honored all of his visits. Reimbursement could sometimes be a little faster/more consistent, but thats nitpicking because I always receive the funds within a few weeks.

"A healthy dose of skepticism is a good…

"A healthy dose of skepticism is a good thing." You could say that's my motto and it was with this in mind I signed up for ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. My expectation was a lot of pushback and quibbling about claims. To the contrary, while my first claim took about a month to process, subsequent claims have been processed in less than a week and with no pushback or quibbling over whether the claims were legit. I would recommend this insurance wholeheartedly.

ASPCA has been great

ASPCA has been great, i have never had a problem with them paying a claim. (Not like other INSURANCES I have tried at twice the cost). They are quick, caring, call to see how my baby is doing? Do we need anything? Are we happy and satisfied with our vet? I can't believe how quick and easy the process is. I have been telling everyone I know about ASCPA. Marlene Steele
