Received the best customer service…

Received the best customer service experience from everyone I’ve called into. Claims went through without any issues or heckle from the company. Representatives showed kindness and compassion during the claim process as they knew my pup was very ill. Would recommend to anyone shopping for pet insurance.

My 12 year old Cavalier had TPLO…

My 12 year old Cavalier had TPLO surgery and ASPCA Insurance reimbursed me within the first week. They also covered chest rads that needed to be taken due to a cough that he developed shortly after coming home. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy!

It is nice to know that when unexpected accidents or illness happen that you have help in paying to take care of your pet.

This is the second German Shepherd that I have insured. Each claim that I have filed has been paid in reasonable time. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and pleasant.

So happy I made the switch to ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for my furry kiddos!

I am a convert from another pet insurance company that rhymes with "companion": I experienced the nadir of customer service, coverage, reimbursement and overall satisfaction there. That said, I had my doubts when I first switched to ASPCA. Those doubts were almost immediately assuaged by the experience I had, and continue to have, with ASPCA. The claims process could not be easier. The phone app is excellent and easy to use. I have received amazing reimbursements (one of my pugs had an extended bout of pneumonia). They give at least partial reimbursements on things no other company will. When you call, you actually talk to a HUMAN...and a "local" one at that! They actually call you to check up on your pet's well being and are genuinely concerned! Seriously, what other insurance company does that?!?! And after every illness claim! My human health insurance can't even touch that, and I have "good" health insurance! The thing that made me first make the switch though, was when I looked up "companion"s reviews on an online review site. The company didn't respond to a single one of the many negative reviews it had received. When I looked at ASPCA's reviews, they had responded to every single one of the few negative reviews in an attempt to fix the issue. That said a lot to me. Yes, it costs a bit more. But when I factor in the reimbursements and the satisfaction, ASPCA is the clear choice. I could not be happier :)
