ASPCA has given me more time with my dog

Saying, "I love my dog", is an understatement. Anyone who knows me knows that. He is my gift from God! All the people around me kept wondering why I would spend the money on insurance for a healthy, spoiled, inside dog. I am a planner and always try to plan for the unexpected. As a puppy, he was insured by PETCO's Banfield insurance. I soon learned after they broke his jaw during a routine dental cleaning, that this was just wellness care. Xrays, ct scans, operations, are not covered. I found ASPCA online with several other insurance options. My choice was made when the agent said to me "If you want a vodoo shaymin to say a healing prayer over Bear, it's covered. I took a chance because of that conversation and that they are animal advocates. On March 23, 2019, My 10 year old shih tzu Bear was diagnosed with lung carcinoma after being rushed to an ER. The doctor gave my baby 4 weeks...if that! All I wanted and prayed for was for me to have him for his 11th birthday May. With meds and a great Vet, he was playing at the park with me and even on my birthday at the end of May. It is the end of July and he is a little slower but still here with me. There is no way I would have been able to afford his procedures and medications. THEY HAVE HONORED EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAVE TOLD ME! My heart wth 4 legs is still here because of his ASPCA insurance.

Highly Recommend

I've had multiple claims this year and they have been handled smoothly and quickly. I don't know what I would have done without this insurance.

I can’t brag enough!

I absolutely love this company! My beagle is constantly finding the oddest things to eat (hound dog problems) and with this insurance i never hesitate to take her to the vet. I live in nyc where just to speak to a vet can cost you upwards of 90+ and er visit starts at 150. Aspca has helped tremendously with reimbursements. They even cover preventative measures such as spading, shots and dental cleanings. I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for their customer service and quick responses to claims submitted!

Excellent insurance for your furry family member

They have all been great. The only problem was when I first started they were very behind in claims so it took about 3 weeks to get reimbursement. Since then it’s only a couple of days.
