Great insurance, great company
We have been with ASPCA insurance for almost a year. Recently one of my animals has been experiencing some health issues. I was floored when Shelly from the customer care department called to check on my dog!
If I could improve one thing about ASPCA it is the claims processing, and that isn't terrible. I have checked several other top rated pet insurances and some of them do not offer a "wellness" plan, so you are on your own with the normal and routine stuff (annual check-ups, heart worm prevention, regular shots). My particular vets office charges a little more that ASPCA reimburses, but that is just like going to your own doctor and paying your co-pay.
