The representative was plenty polite, and seemed to want to help, but had no information to help me. She suggested that I just file a claim and see what happens.

I am very satisfied and thankful I enrolled

Your customer care representatives are very helpful and courteous. This is the first pet insurance policy that I have had and overall I am very satisfied and thankful I enrolled. However, I think your 180 day waiting periods are excessive.
