Getting better at Claim Processing Timeliness! I'm shocked at the massive improvement you've made to process claims. What used to take weeks or months to process and reimburse claims is now taking about a week. I'm so surprised - but so grateful. You've made tough times (let's face it the insurance covers the "hard times") more bearable so we can focus on caring for our loved family member.

I can always get someone on the phone right away, and when they request information, I email it to them and the response is amazingly fast.

We have had this insurance for our pet for over 12 years and find them to be the best insurance company we have ever used. I wish they had insurance for humans. I cannot say enough about them. They are just FANTASTIC

I've had several Pomeranians with health issues over the past 15 years, all covered by AKC Pet Insurance and the experience has been excellent. From a rock stuck in the nasal passage to tearing of the cranial cruciate ligament. Most recently we had Sadie with liver, heart and kidney disease. The veterinary costs were extensive, but AKC Pet Insurance was prompt in processing the claims and reimbursing in accordance with our plan. It was also helpful having a live, articulate person to answer questions on the phone. There will be no hesitation to obtain AKC Pet Insurance again when we obtain our next rescue which will be soon!
