You have to choose the right coverage, especially for breeds prone to genetic conditions. Otherwise, the coverage has addressed a few non-genetic/congenital conditions that my dog has dealt had.

An unexpected passing of our dog Copper, a beautiful & Standard Poodle who was smart loyal & loving. He had pain in the middle of the night we took him to a 24hr emergency and 5hrs later he died on the operating table from complications in the surgery. We had a do not resusitate order. The costs were between they estimated prior to the surgery $5,500 and $8,500. Since he died it cost us $5,500. We paid upfront and within 3 weeks we received a check back for 80% less the deductible. We were thankful for the insurance and surprised by the big cost. Sothankyou for your help and timely repayment. Well worth the cost it saved us thousands.

They are trustworthy and pay out fast

The people are always very helpful when I call in with questions, however I am a little frustrated with the fact the price has doubled since I started with the program. I think you are way over priced for what is offered. I am currently looking for another more affordable carrier.

This is the first time I had pet insurance. So, I have lots of questions your staff is very helpful. The delay in processing 1 claim that is still pending appeal. But, for the most part I am happy.
