They are the best Vets office for my house. After being basically dumped by another Vets office I went to them for treatment for my senior cat, they were able to give me a couple of extra months with him. I will continue to bring my other cats to Gem City as long as I live in Laramie. They were very kind to us and understanding through my senior cats treatment.

We were traveling and our lab got an ear infection. They were thorough, patient, and helpful. I was happy that they didn't charge as much as Michigan Vets!!

Gem City is by far my preferred vet clinic in Laramie. They've been so caring, understanding, and insightful with all care provided. We are moving from Laramie on a couple of weeks and will miss your service! Pototo says goodbye.

I have been here twice now, with two different pets - one being an emergency type visit and the other being a regular scheduled appointment. I have been nothing but impressed and satisfied with my experiences and both of my pets care. They were very upfront about the price range for visits, worst and best case scenario, they were attentive and listened and communicated well, I definitely felt like they cared about my pets and my concerns, as well as gave adequate and effective care. The women who run the desk, especially Sandy, are all very kind and welcoming. I will definitely return!
