We love the doctors and staff at Town and Country Animal Hospital! Our pets get thorough exams and evaluations and everyone there genuinely cares about our pets. They are so compassionate and kind to our pets and especially to their nervous pet parents. The hospital is always clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Wish this office would see sick animals first and reschedule well exams. This is the same for any vet offices in or around wheeling. There’s no cancellation list. Just referral to Pittsburgh emergency vet on regular weekdays.

Getting lost made me late for my appointment, but they still managed to fit me in without waiting. Reception staff was very helpful and answered my questions which helped ease some of my anxiety about heartworm treatment. Staff member went to car with me and lifted my doggie into his crate which would have been hard for me. Overall a good experience despite the nature of the visit. I've been very worried about getting Archie through this treatment safely.
