I left a totally unfair review from I don't know how long ago and it's definitely not an opinion I have still or should ever have had! I recently got my cat fixed with the Spot Clinic and to my memory because of a donation by a generous person her operation was free. I'm very happy with the service I received!

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this clinic. On the phone when I made the appointment I was told there would be ONE $40 office visit fee whether you had one dog or 5. So even though I only scheduled one of my dogs, I told her I would probably bring the other one for his Rabies shot too, (needed to see if I had enough money) and the girl on the phone said, “That’s fine.” Well this girl at the front desk, who was one of the most unpleasant people facing persons I’ve ever encountered, and didn’t smile one single time, told me “It doesn’t work that way.” I never said it worked that way, the girl on the phone did. It didn’t matter, I’d have to schedule another visit for the second dog. My dogs can be very difficult to take out in public, both are large (I am very small, 100lbs), and one acts like a complete nut on a leash when she sees other animals, and the other one, shockingly pooped in there. It’s also 16 miles from where I live. 32 RT. So the Vet came out, who was very nice, and said “We can do both.” I was back there 10 minutes tops. Get to the front to pay, and (same unsmiling agitated woman) not only charged me TWO $40 office visit fees, but she also charged me an “unplanned visit fee” of $35! So instead of paying $90 for both dogs; 2 shots and the Office Visit, which was what I budgeted for, I had to pay $165. I’m livid. And to top it off, the Rabies shots were 1yr shots instead of 3yr shots like most adult dogs get. I will not be going back there next year to get them. That I’m sure of. What a shame they think it’s okay to put this woman up front who clearly does not like people, and obviously couldn’t care less how much hardship she causes. People use this clinic in part to save money, yet I just spent $100 on one dog for one Rabies shot, because I was told on the phone I could bring him, when apparently I couldn’t. Then after being told he could get his shot, I certainly would NOT have done it for the additional $75. That’s a bit much. And they didn’t mention it at all until it was done and over. Then of course there was the $65 for my scheduled dog. Thanks for being the clinic that helps people who rescue. I’d just like to add, as someone who knows many others in my shoes, after these 2 rescues I have now, I will have to go to having only one rescue…Why??… the cost of animal care. How sad for those dogs waiting for homes that can no longer come because of the almighty dollar. I often wonder how some people sleep at night and this is one of those times.

Patience Walls

Overall, was an OK experience , I dropped my dog off in the morning to get neutered. I got a call saying he did good and I could pick him up at such and such time, But the lady who called was very rude. Upon arrival, she was even more rude in person. Apparently, she wanted me to set my baby on the floor that dogs pee on? Because she got a major attitude ( which is crazy , I didn’t think she could’ve gotten a bigger attitude than she already had but she did ) when i asked if it was okay if i sat his car seat on the counter . ( complete opposite side of the counter that nobody was at). The whole process of me getting my dog back , she just acted like I was inconveniencing her cause she had to actually do her job . She has a horrible attitude, and if She was the one who checked me in, and I saw the demeanor and how she talks to people I would not have left my dog there. BRITTANY If you don’t like your job, you You should find a new one. I don’t think you should be working with the public unless it’s the DMV with the rest of the negative Nancy’s that work there. On the other hand The other lady that helped me with blonde hair was super sweet and super nice. I did not catch your name but I appreciate you for all your help ❤️. Brittany not so much. If that’s how you treat people I’d hate to see how you treat animals that can’t speak up for themselves.

dont bring your pet here unless you're fine with them bringing friends back home. my boy healed up perfectly from the neuter they performed on him, but my cat did NOT have fleas- and now he does. we're trying our best to mitigate them at home, but i think it's pretty shitty that he has to suffer thanks to these little bastards all because we did the right thing and got him neutered. if this is your pet's only access to medical care, i would remain vigilant and search for fleas after each and every visit. i wish i had, though honestly, you shouldnt have to worry about your pet becoming infested with parasites while seeking medical care ANYWHERE.

I've worked with this clinic a couple of times- everyone is super friendly, professional, and both spays here were great. They healed well and I felt my babies were in great hands. Furthermore, they're upfront and transparent on their pricing. Great experiences!
