I was very disappointed about the lack of service and frankly any concern when I took my dog into Ladyvet clinic in Ladysmith. Being 10 hours from home and limited options in the area, I told them I would stay all day for an opening. The staff was frankly rude and very much lacking of any compassion. I hope you never have the same situation and I definitely don't recommend ladyvet to anyone. Even I'm your pets final days. Patrick

Can't say enough good about Dr. Vicki and her whole team. They took fantastic care of our pup while we were in the area for about six weeks, including spaying her and giving her multiple vaccinations. Everything went smoothly, and they kept the costs low. Very knowledgable, thoughtful, and attentive -- to both our girl and us whenever we had questions. We hope to come back when she's next due for a visit, as we have MUCH preferred Ladyvet to our usual vet in Brooklyn! Highly recommend.

Dr. Vicki and her staff are the BEST! I cannot imagine taking one of my four-footed companions elsewhere for care. I drive down from Birchwood to have my pets seen there, and it is absolutely worth the trip to go to a clinic where the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I recommend them very highly.
