Front desk was helpful and kind. She did get me in for a quick and urgent appointment. However, the vet refused to treat my cat with me present. My cat is not cooperative with others and I only wanted to help facilitate through the exam and treatment. The only opportunity to treat, with me present, was a verbal history from me of symptoms and an antibiotic shot, of which I am still grateful that was offered, but no physical examination of any kind, and which I was still charged for. I would suggest they consider letting owners stay with their pets, as they know them best and are there to comfort and help. I would not have made the appointment had I known that was not an option.

Pet meds are expensive here, better off buying online, and don't take any rebate coupons from them either, the rebate coupons that they gave to me were invalid and/or expired, and then couldn't return the product either 🤨, and don't like the idea of not being able to go in with my dog, I guess you just have to have faith they actually do something back there when they take your pet in the examination room LOL 😂
