Friendly, compassionate staff. My dog has never been so relaxed being at an animal hospital. This location is very convenient and they were available to see me right away. Much better than waiting 7-10 in line waiting in a car at other places. Charge is flat rate for visit and initial evaluation. Feel the price is fair for the level of service and availability they provide. Our primary vet recommended this place and I was so happy I went here. Definitely earned my repeat business if needed again in the future. Keep up the good work! The few negative reviewers are clearly outliers to the normal consensus of this business.

I brought in a cat that had roamed into my yard. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The place is impeccably clean and welcoming. It was 15 min until close and we still managed to get the kitty back home!

They were amazing with our pup! Both the vet assistant and vet were so kind. A big plus, they have coffee, water and chocolate while you wait 💯

Taking your pet to an urgent care or er is never a good situation but out of all the facilities in the Milwaukee area this is by far the best. The wait time was so short I couldn’t believe how fast we were seen. I would never doc an er vet for wait times as I understand it is by severity or condition and not when you get there. But either way we were seen very quickly. The facility was extremely clean and I actually witnessed three different staff members cleaning different areas of the clinic while I was there which speaks to the importance that cleanliness holds here. The entire staff was warm, kind, and accommodating. The vet that worked with us listened to my concerns and had amazing bed side manner which can often be a second thought in emergency care. It was greatly appreciated. Overall I felt educated on my dogs condition, left with a solution for the immediate issue and referred to a specialist for after care. I would highly recommend this clinic and we will be coming here for any urgent care needs (hopefully we don’t ever have to come back but you know what I mean). Thank you to all the staff for helping my little boy Theo!

This is the BEST emergency vet clinic I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot!! Had to have my little girl checked out and my vet recommended this clinic. Frontier could’ve racked up the charges very easily but Dr Timmons kept it honest! She took great care of my girl as did Christy the Vet Tech! They have a wonderful, clean, brand new clinic and were easy to talk to and actually listen. The receptionist, Alexis was super helpful answering all of my questions and very friendly. I mentioned these folks by name because I feel it’s important that they know how much me and my baby appreciated their service today! I highly recommend this clinic and will be making this my go to for all after hours care! Thank you Frontier and keep up the great work!!
